The Media's Big Food Drive

The Media's Big Food Drive is the result of a collaborative effort involving media representatives and local community service organizations in several regions of Quebec .

In the National Capital Region, 15 media organizations joined forces with various community groups just before the holiday season to raise money and collect non-perishable food items, for the benefit of the less fortunate members of society.

The Media's Big Food Drive involves many well-known Francophone media representatives from our region. But what makes this event truly remarkable is that, on the first Thursday in December, similar food drives take place simultaneously in several cities and regions of Quebec and Ontario, including Quebec City, Montréal, Sherbrooke, Chicoutimi, Gatineau, Mauricie, Rimouski, and Ottawa.

In 2003, the Quadra Team took on the challenge of coordinating this important charitable effort, and we're already working on the 2004 Food Drive .
