The University of Ottawa hosted this annual international symposium that provides a forum where professors, researchers and coaches can share scientific knowledge and exchange ideas on the subject of biomechanics in sports. In addition to the convention deliberations, the delegates also enjoyed taking part in several others activities, including a boat tour on the Ottawa River , the Casino du lac Leamy fireworks show and a gala evening at the Museum of Civilization . Quadra was responsible for conference planning, as well as coordinating its many activities.
